Group X FY22 Financial Results Meeting for Singtel. Group CEO addressed the online and live audiences from Singtel’s office. Programme involved keynote presentations and Q&A session with top executives of the company.
Group X produced International Women’s Day event for Singtel. Group CEO addressed the online and live audiences from Singtel’s theatrette. Programme involved panel discussions with group’s key female leaders on the importance of female empowerment and equality at the workplace.
GroupX produced hybrid 2-days Singtel Top Executives Workshop in September 2021. A total of 130+ guests were divided across 3 rooms and connected to each other via video conferencing. International callers joined the meeting from Australia, USA and other countries.
GroupX team produced a series of Bi-monthly green screen live recording videos aimed to facilitate internal communications within the broader Singtel team. First part of the produced segment consisted of presentation, followed by animated demo and live fireside chat with top executives. Virtual backgrounds have been used to create a sense of futuristic space.
GroupX produced a hybrid event for Singtel Enterprise Business. The event took place at the client’s office auditorium. We livestreamed a pre-recorded green-screen video segment with the Chief of SEB and later transitioned into his presentation, fireside chat and panel discussion. Online audience was able to ask questions live via Pigeonhole. Speakers were gathered on one stage, interacting with 800+ pax audience from all around the world.
GroupX produced a hybrid townhall event for Data Spark. Australian and Singapore offices were connected via a VC platform. Virtual and physical audiences watched the event live, asking questions and actively participating. Physical audience was spaced out 1 meter apart according to all the safe distancing regulations. All guests were masked up.
GroupX produced one of the first 250 pax events in the “new normal” for SMU Lee Kuan Yew Global Business Plan Competition. The hybrid event was divided into 2 parts – Category Finals and Grand Finals. Guest of Honor DPM Heng also attended closed door session to discuss current matters with SMU President Lily Kong. Over 30+ top VC firms attended closed door VC office hours in person to mentor startups and provide invaluable advice to young entrepreneurs.
Group Triplex produced live townhall for SNEC. The “studio” was set up in a clients’ office one day before the event and broadcasting was done through Zoom.
GroupX produced a hybrid event for Singtel Cyber Security Institute. The event had ~20 people in the live audience and ~30 people in the virtual audience. Sound and video systems were in place to ensure that live and virtual audience can communicate instantly during the tabletop exercise.
GroupX produced 100% Youth Singing Competition – a hybrid event which involved 6 young contestants, competing to win the main prize. The event was produced in the GYM studio, judges were seated in front of the LED wall to comment on contestants and their performances. Physical audience was seated on the 3rd floor of the studio, watching the livestream of the performances via a big LED screen. All social distancing measures were in place to ensure safety of the guests, crew and performers.
GroupX helped to produce episode 5 of GevMe Live Digital Event Series. The event was a truly hybrid experience with about 15 members in real-live audience and hundreds of viewers online. Our audience got a futuristic experience through a 3D lobby, digital booths, multi-camera viewport and much more.
GroupX produced 5G Customer Advisory Council for Singtel. This 4-hour hybrid event consisted of live and remote speeches, presentations, Q&A and open discussions from all guests with individual table mics. Group X also facilitated working sessions with online platforms and virtual wine tasting.
GroupX produced the two-day Top Management Workshop for C-level Singtel executives, which has become a milestone event due to the current circumstances. The hybrid event involved multiple elements, such as: filming of pre-recorded videos, live streaming from multiple locations, managing VC rooms with physical attendees, live readouts and multi-camera set-ups. Participants of the event have been divided into groups according to the current Safe Distancing Regulations to physically attend the event.
