Group X produced Shiseido Beauty Innovator Awards – a fully physical event which took place in April 2022. Group X oversaw LED media wall production. The show involved multiple models and hairstylists showcasing their talents as part of the creative programme.

Group X produced a Q1 Career Talk event for HSBC Life. The 2-hour event with over 300-pax in attendance was held in Suntec Hybrid studio. It was a first fully physical event since the pandemic hit. Sheila Sim, a Singapore-based celebrity was one of the speakers during the event. Sheila spoke on the importance of insurance and financial planning. The event ended with participants taking pictures next to photo backdrops and balloon installations.

Group X was honored to be the event organizer for the first Criteo Executive Summit  held in Da Nang, Vietnam. The marketing conference brought together over 70  international industry partners over a three day period.

Group X produced and managed the show, stages and exhibition booths for 2018 SWITCH Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology, which was launched by the Minister of  Finance, Mr. Heng Swee Keat and attracted over 10,000 attendees.

In 2016 GroupX was appointed to produce launch of what would become one of the largest tech events in SEA – Singapore Week of Innovation and  Technology 2016.  Among guests were over 15 VIPs and DPM Teo Chee Hean. SWITCH featured exhibitions, conferences, workshops and activities revolving around topics such as open innovation, technology transfer, tech entrepreneurship, venture funding, and talent development. For the third consecutive year GroupX produced SLUSH 2018 in Singapore – the world’s leading startup event where founders and tech talent meet with top-tier international investors, executives, and media.

Europe’s biggest tech startup event arrives in Singapore and Group X is privileged to design and produce this milestone event. The event hosted 82 exhibition booths, 60 startups, 6 stages and was held over a period of 2 days. Slush Singapore brings together start-up ventures and entrepreneurs with international investors, executives and media. Group X was appointed as a media production manager for HP SLS 2018 in Guilin, China. The opening  video made use of three LED panel screens which provided an extraordinary experience for the audience. The keynote presentations by the VIPs also featured different themed settings. For AXA 500 Flying Start 2019 we took on a more emotional approach and delivered musical themed performances. From a choir to live dancing, the audience was engaged in a way like never before. For AXA 500 Final Sprint 2018, GroupX produced a superhero themed opening performance. With  superhero stunt performances and a special entrance for the CEO of AXA. The whole show left a powerful  impression on the audience.

GroupX managed and produced AXA Annual Awards 2017 – a yearly celebration for AXA employees to recognize the best talent in the organization. During the closing ceremony, an Emcee jumped on a virtual plane, projected on LED screen and the audience virtually travelled to various parts of the world. For two consecutive years, GroupX produced and managed Singtel GCOE Awards – an internal event held by Singtel to celebrate and recognize accomplishments of the top talent.

With only 2-week notice, GroupX was asked to conceptualise, coordinate and execute the launch of ASTARTCENTRAL. We developed a custom program utilising a touch-screen for 13 key partners to interact during the launch gambit. This was accompanied  by a video that was conceived, filmed and edited within the same timeframe. GroupX was honoured to be a part of such an interesting event.

In 2012 GroupX was asked to produce and manage one of the biggest events for Singtel Group – i.Luminate Business Forum. The event showcased innovative solutions within Cloud Computing and Infrastructure, big data and analytics, connected cities, education and media.  The Forum was held at Resorts World Sentosa with a couple of hundred people in attendance.
